Miami Beach Domestic Partnership Registry
In July of 2004, the City Commission adopted legislation that affords certain rights and benefits to qualified long-term committed relationships that have registered
with the City of Miami Beach. Partners need not be Miami Beach residents. Registration is available Monday - Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Miami
Beach City Hall, City Clerk's Office, first floor. Registration fee is $50.00 per couple. For more information, contact the City Clerk's Office at (305) 673-7411.
