Political Action

Save Dade Save Dade is a grass-roots political organization. They organize people who, in turn, fight for civil rights at the ballot box, and at city commission meetings and the State House.

Equality Florida Equality Florida is a statewide education and advocacy organization dedicated to eliminating discrimination based on sexual orientation, race, gender and class.

Undo 2Founded in 1973, the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force was the first national lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender rights organization and remains the community's uncompromising, progressive voice. We fight for equality and justice by building grassroots power through training, advocacy, organizing and forward-thinking research and expertise.  Headquartered in Washington, DC, we also have offices in Miami, New York City, Los Angeles, Cambridge and Minneapolis.
